What floor plan options are available, and what is the average size of each apartment?
We offer spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom homes average approximately 776 square feet, two-bedroom layouts average around 1,180 square feet, and three-bedroom homes average approximately 1,490 square feet.
Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
We do not offer furnished apartments at this time. However, short-term lease options are available, with flexible terms ranging from 6 to 18 months to accommodate your needs.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
Yes! Velo Riverside is a pet-friendly community and welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. A restricted breed list applies, and residents must complete a pet screening prior to move-in.

How convenient is commuting from the community to major employers, schools, or downtown areas?
Our riverfront location provides convenient access to downtown Cincinnati and surrounding employment hubs, with most major employers located just 15–20 minutes away.
What amenities are offered on-site?
Residents enjoy a curated collection of amenities including EV charging stations, a fitness center, saltwater pool, coworking space, social lounge, rooftop lounge, two outdoor kitchens, yoga studio, fire pit, Zen garden, car wash bay, and two large dog parks.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
We offer open parking spaces, guest parking, reserved parking for $50 per month, EV charging stations, and reserved garages for added convenience.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
Every apartment home includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for water, sewer, valet trash, trash removal, pest control, WiFi, and setting up electricity service through Duke Energy.
Do apartments include modern appliances, patios/balconies, extra storage space, or unique amenities?
Apartment homes feature brand-new GE appliances, oversized closets, private patios or balconies, under-cabinet kitchen lighting, and built-in hall trees for added functionality and style.

How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
You can apply online through the property website. A $75 application fee and $200 administrative fee are due at the time of application, along with proof of income and ID verification.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Move-in costs include a $75 application fee, $200 administrative fee, and a $300 base security deposit.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes, renters’ insurance is required. Residents must carry a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
If you need to terminate your lease early, a 60-day written notice is required along with a buy-out fee equal to two months’ rent.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal. Most service requests are completed within 24–48 hours to ensure a comfortable living experience.
